The original HVAC tech who answered assured me he’d have the office contact me first thing in the morning, and they proved they are a company of their word when I received that phone call right on schedule as promised.
​I was greeted with a prompt call from Ms. Nori—again, customer service above reproach—followed by the technician, Jeremy, who called prior to arriving and communicated every single step of the way. Jeremy went above and beyond, which clearly shows how passionate he is about his profession.

Our HVAC went out on the July 4th holiday weekend. Alabama Climate Control responded very quickly and sent a very experienced and professional technician who quickly identified the problem and got the system up and running. We have been very pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and responsiveness of Alabama Climate Control and would highly recommend them.

Ryan Dunlap came out and replaced some parts in my unit and got it blowing cold air again just in time for the heat. Super nice and easy to deal with. Will request his service every time!
